Meetings are monthly, on the last Wednesday of the month, at 9.30 am GMT.
As soon as you join, we’ll mail you the pages to read and the worksheet. Usually, you’ll have, one month to prepare.
We read Amore Mio Infinito by Aldo Nove, a contemporary short novel whose deceptively simple Italian carries a deeply poetic undercurrent. It is bound to spark a great deal of conversation among us.

In each session, we explore a section of a short novel by an Italian author and discuss it in a relaxed and supportive environment. The focus is on the discussions while developing your confidence in speaking Italian.
You usually have four weeks to read the story and prepare for discussions guided by a worksheet sent in advance. All discussions are in Italian.
The book club is suitable for intermediate and advanced students who would like to improve their Italian through authentic texts and stimulating discussions.
