Join the Parla Italiano School Book Club online on Zoom! We meet once a month for 1.5-hour sessions that fly by. Courses usually include four sessions. Check here our current book club.
Main Aim:
- Discuss the chapters read
- Develop speaking skills
- Enhance vocabulary
- Deepen your understanding of Italian culture
How It Works:
- At the start of each month, the teacher will send you selected chapters and a worksheet to guide your reading. These chapters are manageable within the timeframe.
- Sessions have a structured format based on the worksheet, yet remain flexible to encourage full expression.
- Zoom allows for smaller breakout groups, ensuring everyone gets plenty of speaking time.
- Meet like-minded individuals who enjoy discussing and exchanging ideas.
- The teacher will supervise and guide discussions, help clarify language points, and introduce new vocabulary as needed.
Program Highlights:
- Carefully designed to include contemporary authors such as Antonio Tabucchi, Dacia Maraini, Lorenzo Maroni, Elsa Morante, Alessandro D’Avenia and more.
